Hi, I’m Lynn.

A Yoga Teacher in Norfolk.

I teach a very accessible form of yoga, traditionally known as Hatha Yoga. Yoga postures are taught in stages with modifications along the way. Over the weeks you will gradually build strength and increase ease and range of movement. Beginners are always welcome. I encourage everyone in my classes to work to their own limit, to listen to their body and to rest whenever they need to. I also provide workshops and events virtually and in person.

Lynn’s style of teaching is relaxing and restorative and she takes account of the varying needs of everyone in the class too. Rounding off the class with yoga nidra, deep relaxation and a bottle of essential oils to take away is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend these classes to everyone!"
